Torsion-resistant and high rigidity body shell.
Rational chain drive system and geometrical principle of motion, which ensures that the sturdy, overlapping track plates are always connected flat.
High-quality cast chain rings, precision machined and hardened.
Hardened and ground chain pins with minimum tolerance clearance even after long load runs.
Advanceds:
(1) All bearings are mounted outside the blast chamber.
(2) All guard plate fixtures are mounted outside the blast chamber for easy removal and replacement and to ensure that the fixtures are not subjected to the wear and tear of the blast stream.
(3) The upper and lower positions of the doors are controlled by limit switches and monitored by safety limit switches.
(4) The material door adopts electric opening and closing door with compact structure, and the wire rope is rolled up by reducer, which is easy to use, safe and reliable.
