Working Principle
The workpiece is lifted to the feeding roller conveyor by the hook, and the feeding roller conveyor sends the workpiece into the shot blasting room, where the high efficiency cantilever centrifugal shot blasting machine shoots the projectile at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned, and then impacts and scrapes the workpiece in order to remove the rust and dirt on the surface of the workpiece. The rusted workpiece is sent to the delivery roller conveyor. When cleaning the workpiece, the workpiece should be placed on the user's self-made work frame.
This machine is primarily for h beam to remove the rusty spot, rusty layer and scale cinder on h beams to obtain a uniform,smooth and glossy metal surface allowing improved coating quality
and higher anti-corrosion performance.
This unit is applicable for operating under PLC mode. All the electric elements employed are of leading brand. Manual operation is also allowed for inspection and servicing purpose: the operator either starts various functional parts in regular succession, or starts a single functional part (e.g. elevator) to check relevant part for running performance. to ensure safety, the unit is equipped with an alarming device which will send out alarm message and stop the whole line in case of trouble occurring to any part .
