This cleaning machine is designed to polish and clean hot plates produced in conveyor belt vulcanization processes. Featuring imported brush roller materials and advanced foreign roller brush cleaning technology, the 600mm-long roller brush significantly enhances work efficiency. Hydraulic control maintains constant pressure between the roller brush and hot plate, ensuring uniform force distribution. The brush automatically moves in a straight line at a steady speed with a stainless steel mudguard, enabling simultaneous cleaning of both upper and lower hot plates. This design delivers strong dirt removal without damaging the hot plates, achieving exceptional productivity. The machine operates via remote control for convenient operation and operator safety. It overcomes the limitations of outdated disc-type sandpaper cleaning machines that caused the hot plate's height to fluctuate unpredictably, saving time and effort. The system not only removes debris but also maintains the hot plate's condition, extending its lifespan. Long-term use of old hot plates can even achieve partial restoration. By integrating parallel rotation and polishing functions, the roller brush achieves comprehensive surface treatment.
